TECHNOLOGY & QUALITY
The automated short-cycle hot press lamination line is central to our technological process. This equipment performs direct lamination – decorative paper impregnated with melamine resins is firmly bonded to the base board (chipboard, MDF) under controlled pressure and temperature. All parameters – pressure, temperature, cycle duration – are automatically controlled, ensuring consistent quality throughout the batch.
In addition to the lamination line, our technical equipment includes:
- CNC panel-sizing center – precise board cutting down to fractions of a millimeter;
- Edge-banding machine – automatic feeding and pressing of edge material;
- Drilling and dowel insertion machines – perfect precision of hardware holes;
- Surface texturing equipment – creating realistic reliefs (wood pores, stone, etc.).
We produce custom-made products, from unique small series of panels for interiors to mass production for furniture factories. A complete production cycle is possible: from lamination to cutting and edge banding.
We also offer high-pressure laminate (HPL) boards characterized by exceptional strength, resistance to mechanical damage, moisture, and aggressive environments. These materials are ideally suited for elements requiring high wear resistance.
Quality Control
Quality starts with incoming material inspections: chipboard, MDF, edge tapes, impregnated papers are checked for compliance with specified characteristics. During production, pressure and temperature data are recorded in real-time. After production, the products are stabilized in controlled conditions, then undergo visual and physico-chemical inspection.
Ecology
We strive for environmentally friendly and safe production. Our materials contain no halogens, heavy metals, or toxic solvents.
Flexibility, Innovation, and Responsibility
We follow global trends, testing new decors, films, and forms. Our production can quickly adapt to non-standard requirements, providing solutions beyond standard offerings. We can also produce customized HPL panels if the project demands particularly robust and durable finishing.
